You can expect to hear more from The Undertaker, in addition to his one-man shows. It was reported today in the Philadelphia Inquirer that The Undertaker will be doing another 1deadMAN SHOW show in Philadelphia on October 7 from TLA on South Street. This will happen on the night before the Extreme Rules pay-per-view.
Taker already has two shows lined up this Friday in Cardiff, Wales and it looks like WWE is very happy with ticket sales because they are looking into other ways to work together with him.
PWInsider is reporting that more events are expected in the future and WWE has been “working to come up with additional ways to utilize The Undertaker going forward post-retirement.”
It was also noted that out of all the people that have moved on from a full-time career who still work with the company in some capacity, The Undertaker is “far and above and beyond” when it comes to fan engagement and popularity.
It will be interesting to see what WWE comes up with in addition to the one-man shows. Taker did a lot to protect his character during his in-ring days and it’s paying off for him during his retirement.
Tickets for the show in Philadelphia will go on sale on Tuesday, September 6.
