It looks like Bobby Lashley could be turning heel soon.
In recent weeks, WWE has been teasing a reunion of The Hurt Business (Lashley, MVP, Cedric Alexander, and Shelton Benjamin).
On Monday’s episode of Raw, Damage CTRL was getting ready to head out to the ring and you could see that MVP was in the background talking with Adam Pearce. Benjamin and Alexander were with MVP as well. This comes after MVP recently had asked Pearce how Lashley was doing.

As recently as November, Lashley vowed to get the group back to together.
PWInsider reports that discussions have picked up about turning Lashley heel fairly soon. At one point, he was fired in storyline because of his behavior.
MVP and Lashley started the group in May 2020, joining forces before adding Benjamin and Alexander. The group officially disbanded in 2022 after a short reunion in 2021.
