Tonight on WWE Monday Night RAW
– Brock Lesnar returns to answer Cody Rhodes’ SummerSlam challenge
– Gunther battles Matt Riddle with Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci banned from ringside
– Liv Morgan & Raquel Gonzalez to defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship against Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville
– Alpha Academy and The Viking Raiders to battle in a Viking Rules Match
– Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn to battle The Judgment Day in a non-title matchup

In the ring, Cody Rhodes challenged Brock Lesnar to come to the ring. When Lesnar didn’t show up, Cody said he will be here all night for when he decides to come and introduced his mother in the front row. Cody said it is going to be hard times for Lesnar. As Cody was getting ready to leave the ring, Lesnar’s music began to play but Lesnar was not there. The music played again and Cody started to go to the back. Lesnar showed up and beat up Cody Rhodes with a chair down the aisle to the outside of the ring. Lesnar gave Cody a F5 on the floor in front of his mother and applied the Kimura lock. Lesnar threw Cody in the ring and again applied the Kimura lock and told him he will see him at SummerSlam.
Gunther vs Riddle
Riddle hit Gunther with a knee to the jaw and another one to the back of his neck. Riddle went for a moonsault, but Gunther got his knees up. Gunther gave Riddle a dropkick, powerbombed him, and pinned him.
===Winner: Gunther
After the match, Gunther said Drew McIntyre will fall victim to him.
Backstage, Raquel Gonzalez and Liv Morgan said they will defeat Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville tonight and they are ready for anybody. Rhea Ripley showed up, got in Raquel’s face, and said how about her. Morgan started to talk and was immediately hit with a headbutt from Ripley. Raquel and Ripley brawled with Raquel appearing to injure her knee until officials broke it up.
In the ring, Rhea Ripley said she is unbeatable as the World Women’s Champions, Damian Priest and Finn Balor will become World Champions, and tomorrow, Dominik Mysterio will become North American Champion. Dominik said tomorrow he will beat Wes Lee. Priest said as Money in the Bank winner, he is guaranteed to become World Champion, but Balor will get the first crack at Seth Rollins. Balor said his issues with Rollins won’t be over until he wins the World Championship. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn showed up. Zayn said him and Owens will defeat Priest and Dominik tonight. Priest told them to put the titles on the line. Owens and Zayn agreed to do so.
Backstage, the doctors said Raquel Rodriguez is cleared, but he recommends getting her knee scanned. Raquel said no as she doesn’t want to go through this again with them vacating the titles. Adam Pearce said if she is cleared, he is going to allow the match to take place tonight.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match:
Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan vs Sonya Deville & Chelsea Green
Morgan rolled up Green, but Green kicked her off into Deville who punched her in the face. Green hit the Unpretty-Her on Morgan, but Morgan kicked out. Green tagged in Deville. Morgan rolled up Deville for a two-count. Green gave Morgan another Unpretty-Her. Deville hit Morgan with a running knee and pinned her.
===Winners and new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions: Sonya Deville & Chelsea Green
In a pre-tape sit down interview, Seth Rollins said he plans on defending the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam and there are a lot of worthy contenders. Finn Balor stepped in and told Rollins he wants his rematch. He doesn’t care how many contenders are out there as the line starts with him. Rollins said he understands where he’s coming from, but he has to stop living in the past because time moves forward. Balor said he’s not living in the past. He’s living in chaos and that chaos is where he’s going to take the title. He’s going to do to Rollins what Rollins did to him. He’s going to hurt him, laugh in his face, and take his career and alter it forever. Rollins said the World Heavyweight Championship is bigger than him or his personal vendetta. If he wants to settle the score, they don’t need a match for that. They can do that right now, so take a shot or get out of my face. Balor got up and appeared to leave, but came back and attacked Rollins and told him to make the match.
Viking Rules Match:
The Alpha Academy (Otis & Chad Gable) (w/Maxxine Dupri) vs The Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar) (w/ Valhalla)
Otis gave Ivar a chokeslam powerbomb. Otis went to the middle rope, but Valhalla hit him in the head. The Raiders double powerbombed Otis and Erik pinned him.
Shayna Baszler vs Nikki Cross
Baszler got Cross in the Kirifuda Clutch and Cross submitted.

After the match, Ronda Rousey was in the press box and said she won an Olympic medal in Judo, had a historic MMA career, and got to the WWE with no training and emerged a future Hall of Famer in a year. She wasn’t given an opportunity here, she took it. She took a fraction of the time Shayna invested to eclipse her again. Baszler told Rousey to come down and fight her. Rousey said no. Baszler tried to make her way to the press box, but was stopped by security. Rousey said she is going to get fight Baszler at SummerSlam.
Backstage, Ricochet challenged Logan Paul next week on RAW
Miz TV: Becky Lynch
The Miz told Lynch she lost to Trish Stratus, lost at Money in the Bank, and then lost to Zoey Stark last week. He asked her if she lost a step. Trish Stratus and Zoey Stark came out. Lynch told Stratus to give her a rematch. Trish said she is not going to fight her again and she and Stark are done with her and this is the time where Becky should say, Thank you Trish. Trish finally agreed to fight her but, first she needs to beat Stark again. If Stark wins, Lynch needs to get on her knees and say, Thank you Trish and tattoo it across her chest. Becky agreed. Trish and Stark attacked Lynch. Lynch pushed them off, took off Trish’s face gear, and hit Trish in the face.
Shinsuke Nakamura vs Bronson Reed
Nakamura kicked Reed from the middle rope for a two-count. He went for the Kinshasa, but Reed hit him with a cross block. Tomasso Ciampa ran in and attacked Reed.
===Winner by disqualification: Bronson Reed
After the match, Nakamura kicked Ciampa for costing him the match.
Backstage, Nakamura said he’s tired of everybody getting involved in his business.
Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Match
Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn (Champions) vs Damian Priest & Dominik Mysterio (w/ Finn Balor & Rhea Ripley)
As soon as the bell rang, Seth Rollins attacked Finn Balor and they fought to the back. Later in the match, Rhea Ripley got on the ring apron and Liv Morgan ran down to attack her. Zayn hit Dominik with an Exploder. He went for the Helluva Kick, but Priest stopped him. At the same time, Owens caught Priest with a Stunner. Zayn delivered the Helluva Kick to Dominik and pinned him.
