WWE Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER vs. Matt Riddle at the WWE Money in the Bank premium live event from the o2 Arena in London, England.
Riddle came out quick with a series of moves and submission hold attempts. GUNTHER cut him down then stomped him in the head. GUNTHER targeted the injured ankle that was tapped up. Riddle with a flying knee strike before GUNTHER hit a german suplex. Riddle fought back and hit a moonsault off the top rope for 2. GUNTHER with a monster chop then went for a dive, but was caught in a triangle choke. GUNTHER powered through it and put him in a half crab submission. Riddle kicked out of it. GUNTHER with chops to the ankle then submitted him with the ankle lock.

Drew McIntyre made his return after the match. Drew laid GUNTHER out with the claymore kick.
