This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw was loaded with several matches and segments announced in advance.
The show featured Becky Lynch vs. Zoey Stark to set up Lynch’s future bout with Trish Stratus, Tommaso Ciampa vs. Bronson Reed, a contract signing for World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins vs. Finn Balor, appearances by Logan Paul & Cody Rhodes, and Drew McIntyre & Gunther having a Face-to-Face segment ahead of their Intercontinental Title bout at SummerSlam.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported that some minor changes were made to the original plans for the show.
The report noted that originally, the Rhodes promo was to take place after the Sami Zayn vs. Dominik Mysterio match.
Also, there were segments with Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens segments backstage that were to happen around the Bloodline & Judgment Day videos that moved.
The same thing happened with Lynch’s backstage segment.
