On Monday, WWE and the NFL announced a multi-year licensing deal to create NFL-inspired WWE legacy championship belts.
The belts feature the official colors and branding of all 32 teams. The line launched today through NFLShop.com, WWEShop.com, and Fanatics.com. This is a big get for WWE as it marks the first-ever licensing agreement between the two companies.
However, WWE was quick to pull one championship belt from its website, and that belt belongs to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The listing for the Jags has also been pulled from NFLShop.com and Fanatics’ website.
If you Google Jaguars NFL WWE Shop, you will be redirected to the homepage when you click on the link.
This is interesting as the NFL team is owned by Shad Khan, the father of AEW President Tony Khan, who is the chief football strategy officer for the Jaguars. Shad is also an investor in AEW.
A fan tweeted to Fanastics Support asking why they couldn’t pre-order the belt that is listed for $549.99, and a support staff stated the belt had sold out.
The person wrote, “Hey there! Those sold faster than we could have ever imagined! I would keep your eyes peeled for a restock in the next few days! #DUUUUUUUVAL.”

Fanatics says the Jaguars WWE belts sold out. As of now, that’s the only belt not available to purchase. https://t.co/eOpSI59MaM
