Blair Davenport vs. Kelani Jordan was booked at this year’s WWE NXT No Mercy 2023 premium live event from the Mechanic Banks Arena in Bakersfield, CA. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
After a quick start by Jordan, she was tripped up in the ropes as she was knocked off the top rope and Blair took over. Jordan caught a kick and hit a cutter. Jordan with a back fist then a face planter for 2. Blair with a head kick then went for a powerslam but Jordan locked in a sleeper. Jordan botched a split-legged moonsault and Blair with a foot stomp to the spine followed by a powerslam for the win. Post-match, Gigi Dolin got some revenge after the match by attacking her for a recent attack on NXT TV.
