Quincy Elliott made his return to in-ring action after announcing that he was medically cleared.
The WWE NXT star announced he was cleared in a post on Twitter earlier in the day, although Elliott didn’t elaborate on why he was sidelined. He did note he would be working Saturday’s live event from Tampa, Florida.

Elliott hadn’t wrestled since the October 18 episode of NXT when he defeated Xyon Quinn to become the host of NXT Halloween Havoc alongside Shotzi. Elliott was in Shotzi’s corner for her match against Lash Legend on the October 25 NXT.

Well I don't like shaving all the time, so I sometimes have a neck beard…but I always wear deodorant or my wife would divorce me.
But I learned at #NXTTampa that @Quincy__WWE IS for this (sometimes) neckbeard. pic.twitter.com/jSQu1rCXp0— Memes Before Money (@BubbaTheWWEMark) December 18, 2022
The live event was headlined by NXT Champion Bron Breakker & Apollo Crews defeating Tony D’Angelo & Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo.
