Fans can expect to see the presentation of events, including WWE Raw, NXT Stand & Deliver, and SmackDown, be different on WrestleMania 40 weekend next year when they hold these shows at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
WrestleMania weekend is the biggest weekend of the year in wrestling as in addition to WWE shows, there are several wrestling shows in the surrounding arena. There are also conventions where fans can meet former stars and legends.
WWE previously announced that on Friday, April 5, they would host Friday Night SmackDown/2024 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony before coming back the following day with NXT Stand & Deliver and wrapping up the weekend on Monday, April 8, with Monday Night Raw
Tickets for these events go on sale this Friday, but pre-sale will begin earlier than that, and the ticket maps for the shows have been released. As seen below, WWE is going with the plan of having the arena open to full capacity.
When attending or watching the shows, fans won’t see the regular stage sets they are used weekly. Instead, they will see the smaller tunnel setup for past events, including Backlash. By not having the big sets, it allows more fans to attend.
Appears that WWE currently do not have the usual stage set-up for the shows taking place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia during #WrestleMania 40 week which means the arenas are open to full capacity. pic.twitter.com/wgaYYU6TaE
