In an unusual move, WWE has sent several wrestlers to Saudi Arabia who are not booked on the card for its next premium live event, Night of Champions.
WWE presents the PLE this Saturday on Peacock/WWE Network with top matches such as AJ Styles vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar.
Pwinsider reports Omos, Street Profits, Karrion Kross, LA Knight, and Rick Boogs have all traveled to Saudi Arabia for the show despite not having a match announced for the show. It’s possible the company adds more matches to the card with these wrestlers, but it’s likely these wrestlers are traveling for promotional reasons.
Other matches featured on the Night of Champions card include Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa vs. Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens for the WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship, Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus, WWE Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair vs. Asuka, and more.
