WWE is giving the talent and crew off next week for Christmas so the company taped next week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown after this week’s show from Green Bay, WI at the Resch Center.

– US Title Top Contender Tournament: Santos Escobar defeated Bobby Lashley when Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo interfered to help Escobar.
– NXT North American Championship: Dragon Lee defeated Butch
– AJ Styles, Randy Orton, and LA Knight came out to make their case to face Roman Reigns. A triple threat match was booked for the New Year’s Revolution episode of WWE SmackDown where the winner would face Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble.
– Holiday Havoc: Bianca Belair, Shotzi, Zelina Vega & Michin defeated Damage CTRL (IYO SKY, Bayley, Asuka & Kairi Sane). Isla Dawn & Alba Fyre attacked Sane in the match.
– US Title Top Contender Tournament: Kevin Owens defeated Carmelo Hayes
– AJ Styles def. Solo Sikoa by DQ after Roman Reigns interfered. Post-match, Bloodline, Styles, Knight, and Orton brawled.
