WWE will make changes to various aspects of a wrestler, whether that be their gimmick, name, ring entrance, or ring attire, depending on where they want to go with someone. This was recently put on display.

Los Lotharios (Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo) have undergone a big change over the last year after not being used on the main roster.
Angel and Humberto started teaming together on Raw in September 2021 before going to NXT last year where they had been doing vignettes using their grandfather with the idea that he was a big superstar. Things changed when they aligned with Santos Escobar on the main roster in December as part of the feud with LWO.
Change
Earlier this month, WWE.com showed that the two stars were going by Angel and Humberto. Now, there’s been another change, at least to Humberto.
As seen below, WWE has officially changed Humberto Carrillo’s name to ‘Berto.’
