WWE star Nikki Cross has reacted to her former SAnitY teammates’ reunion at a recent independent event.
Big Damo (fka Killian Dain) teamed with Axel Tischer (Alexander Wolfe) at the November 27th PROGRESS Wrestling Chapter 146: ‘They Think It’s All Over…’ show.
These two stars gained popularity as part of the SAnitY tag-team in NXT and on the main roster, along with Eric Young and Cross. The reunion made Cross emotional, as seen in her tweet below:
“Wehhhhhhh. I wasn’t ready! @axeman3016 @DamoMackle. EY- @TheEricYoung they having too much fun without us #SaNiTy.”
Cross is the only member of the faction that is still under contract with the company. When the group was called up to the main roster in 2018, Cross remained in NXT instead of going to SmackDown.
The faction was disbanded in 2019 when the three stars were moved to different brands. Young was moved to Raw, Damo returned to NXT, and Tischer joined NXT UK’s Imperium stable.
In 2020, Young was released from his WWE contract in April before Tischer and Damo were let go in 2021. Since then, Cross did her ‘Almost A Superhero’ Nikki ASH character before going back to the Cross character in October.
