WWE had a mass round of talent cuts on Thursday with stars such as Dolph Ziggler, Mustafa Ali, Elias, Shelton Benjamin, Riddick Moss, Emma, Aliyah, “Top Dolla” AJ Francis from the main roster were let go while from NXT, Quincy Elliott, Shanky, Bryson Montana, Yulisa Leon, Dabba-Kato, Kevin Ventura-Cortez, Alexis Gray, Daniel McArthur were cut. One name who was let go will wrestle their final match on television tonight as on Tuesday night, before WWE NXT went live on the USA Network, the September 22 edition of WWE NXT Level Up was taped at the WWE Performance Center.
At the tapings, matches such as Myles Borne vs. Riley OsborneIvy Nile vs. Izzy DameFallon Henley vs. Arianna Grace, and Axiom vs. Charlie Dempsey in the last Global Heritage Invitational match took place.
Ikemen Jiro was one of the names to be released and, thus, will be having his final WWE match on this show.
After breaking into the business in 2014 and wrestling for Wrestle-1 through 2020, he signed with the company where he was mostly used on the NXT Level Up brand.
