The WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles and the NXT Women’s Tag Titles will be unified soon.
Tonight, Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre went out to the ring but were interrupted by Women’s Tag Team Champions Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey. Rousey said that the division is not big enough for both teams and she wanted to unify both sets of titles.
The challenge was answered and then there was a fight with Fyre and Dawn standing tall. The unification news first broke last night via #BWE (Boozer) on Twitter. No word on when the match will happen but it seems likely that they will unify the titles at Money In The Bank. UPDATE: The match will happen in two weeks on SmackDown.
