Chelsea Green is currently in the hospital, days after she made her WrestleMania debut in a tag team match on night two of WWE WrestleMania 39.
After a disappointing first run with WWE due to injuries, she was let go in April 2021 before she went on to find success in Impact Wrestling and ROH the following two years. She returned to WWE this past January by appearing in the 30-woman Royal Rumble match, where she was eliminated in five seconds.
Since then, she has been regularly used on WWE television with a gimmick where she has been demanding to speak to the manager, which has led to countless segments with on-screen authority figure Adam Pearce.
Green, who celebrated her birthday earlier this week, took to Twitter to reveal she had been hospitalized after suffering a severe stomach bug and distended gallbladder. Green tweeted:
“I thought I celebrated my first Mania too hard … turns out I actually had a severe stomach bug & a distended gall bladder. (Thank god the manager of the ER took care of me. Will NOT be filing any complaints this weekend).”
We wish Green a speedy recovery.
