Mercedes Varnado (Sasha Banks) has locked down the trademark rights to her real name.
The WWE star filed for the trademark on December 1st with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), with the filing made through Michael E. Dockins, who has helped countless wrestlers with their trademarks. Here is the description for the trademark:

Banks and Naomi haven’t been seen on WWE television since May. Fans hoping to see Banks back on WWE TV will have to wait longer as it has been reported that the talks have slowed down due to money, and there is no guarantee that she will be back.
