A match was cut short at the WWE Money In The Bank PPV

One of the matches at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view was cut short.

Last month, the Samoa Joe vs. Rey Mysterio match was cut short because of Mysterio's knee issues and this time at Money In The Bank, the rematch was cut short when Joe was busted open. PWInsider reported the story and I have confirmed this with a source backstage.

The referee was told in his earpiece to end the match as soon as it was clear that there was significant blood coming out of Joe's broken nose. He suffered the broken nose when Mysterio's body landed on his face during a senton very early in the match.
