Adam Pearce Considering Changes To Women’s World Title Match At WWE Wrestlepalooza

A backstage segment on tonight’s episode of WWE Raw saw multiple women petitioning Raw General Manager Adam Pearce for a championship opportunity, leading to a new match being made for next week and a potential return being teased. The segment began with Roxanne Perez making her case to be added to the upcoming Women’s World Championship match at Wrestlepalooza.

Perez approached Pearce and stated why she believes she should be included in the match between Stephanie Vaquer and IYO SKY for the vacant title. Pearce responded that he would take her request under consideration. The conversation was then interrupted by Lyra Valkyria.

An argument broke out between the three women, prompting Pearce to ask Perez and Rodriguez to leave his office so he could speak privately with Valkyria. During their conversation, Pearce mentioned that he has spoken with Bayley and that she will be back soon. Bayley, a former multi-time champion, has been off WWE television since being attacked by her former Damage CTRL stablemates IYO SKY and Kairi Sane several months ago.

Valkyria then told Pearce that she wants to get back in the ring and is willing to face any member of The Judgment Day. Pearce granted her request, making a match for next week’s episode of Raw between Valkyria and an unnamed member of the faction.

The segment concluded with multiple unresolved points for the Raw women’s division. It remains to be seen if Adam Pearce will alter the Wrestlepalooza championship match to include Roxanne Perez. Additionally, with Bayley’s return imminent and Lyra Valkyria targeting The Judgment Day, the landscape of the division continues to evolve.
