Welcome to our live coverage of AEW Dynamite, which is emanating from The Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. Announced for tonight’s show, Britt Baker will team with Jamie Hayter to take on Ruby Soho and Toni Storm, Jon Moxley will take on Daniel Garcia, and Jungle Boy, Luchasaurus, Christian Cage, Darby Allin, and Matt Hardy will do battle with Bobby Fish, Kyle O’Reilly, Hikuleo, and The Young Bucks!

Match 1: Colten Gunn, Austin Gunn, and Max Caster vs CM Punk and FTR

– The match starts off with Dax Harwood and  Dax Hardwood and Austin Gunn, Dax lands an elbow to the face of Austin, followed by a chop, Austin lands a right hand to the stomach of Cash Wheeler, Cash then lands a big back body drop on Colten, followed by a dropkick and two armdrags, Cash then puts Max in an armbar before tagging in Punk, Punk lands an elbow to the arm of Caster from the top rope, Max then slams Punk face-first into the middle turnbuckle, Max then kicks and chokes Punk in the corner, Punk then lands a crossbody from the top rope onto Caster, Cash then lands a top rope powerslam to Caster, Dax covers but only gets a two count, Dax gets caught in the enemies corner and tries to fight off, Austin lands a chop blocks to Dax, Colten then lands a dropkick on Dax, followed by a facebuster by Austin for a two count, Billy Gunn takes a cheapshot on Dax with a right hand, which allows Caster to get a two count, Colten goes for a pin on Cash but Cash kicks out at two as we go to commercial break.

*Commercial break*

– We are back from commercial as we see Caster try to put Dax in a sharpshooter, Dax counters and tags in Punk, Punk lands a dropkick on Austin Gunn and a kick to the head of Max, Punk then sends Cash outside, taking out Caster and Colten Gunn, Punk then lands a top rope elbow on Colten, Billy Gunn gets on the apron to distract, Austin rolls up Punk but only gets two, Austin goes the fameasser but Punk turns it into a powerbomb, Punk then lands the GTS on Austin, followed by the big rig from FTR for the pinfall victory.

Winners via pinfall: CM Punk and FTR at 11:49.

– After the match, Punk says that he’s never done drugs in his life but he imagine that this is what it feels like, Punk says that there’s still roads to travel and that he knows he has to get better, which is what the championship is about, Punk says that mistakes are just learning moments, Punk says you can call him whatever you want, positive or negative but you gotta call him the champ, Dax Harwood then says that professional wrestling means the world to him, Dax says that his wife and child are in the crowd and those are the only two things he loves more than professional wrestling, Punk then asks who his opponent will be at The Forbidden Door, Hiroshi Tanahashi then interrupts, Punk then holds up the championship.

– MJF makes his entrance, MJF says that he is in alot of pain right now as the crowd cheers, MJF says that everyone wants to hear him talk so he will talk, he says this is Max Friedman talking, MJF says that alot of big heads are watching and he wouldn’t want anything bad to happen, MJF said that when the company started everyone had friends but he had to write his own ticket, MJF says that he’s created moment after mkment and gets no respect, MJF says that everything he touches turns to gold, MJF says he comes out and hits grand slams on a weekly basis, MJF says that he has to be perfect because he’s the only guy capable of carrying the company on his back, MJF asks the fans cheering where they were when they were calling him unprofessional, MJF says that the guys in the back want his spot and they can have it because he doesn’t want to be here anymore, MJF then calls the fan uneducated marks who sit on their phone and voice their opinions when they suck, MJF says that their opinion change at a drop of a dime, MJF says that the fans said he sucked in the ring for a long time, MJF says that he isn’t watching NJPW or chasing star ratings, MJF says he’s the best because it makes everyone feel, and unlike the other guys he doesn’t have to do a bunch of BS to get over, MJF says that he is the second biggest minute for minute draw in the company, MJF says that Tony Kahn keeps pouring his money in former WWE guys, MJF asks if he would get treated better if he was an ex-WWE fan, MJF says that Kahn should be in the crowd like a fan, MJF says that he wants Tony to fire him, MJF starts cursing as the feed goes black.

Match 2: Johnny Elite vs Miro

– The match starts off with Johnny landing a kick to the quad of Miro, Miro then lands a closeline, Miro then throws Johnny in the corner, followed by a series of punches and kicks, Johnny then lands a boot in the corner, Miro then lands a side suplex on Johnny as we go to commercial break.

*Commercial break*

– We are back from commercial as we see Miro catch Johnny in mid-air, Miro then slams Johnny down with a sideslam, Miro goes for the superkick but Johnny counters and lands a roundhouse kick, Johnny then lands an elbow strike to Miro in the corner, followed by a flash kick from the second rope, Johnny hits a standing shooting star but Miro kicks out at one, Johnny goes for a 450 but misses and lands on his feet, Miro then lands the superkick, before locking in the game over for the submission victory.

Winner via submission: Miro at 6:07.

– We get a video package highlighting The Anarchy In The Arena match from Double Or Nothing.

– The Jericho Appreciation Society make their entrance, Chris Jericho asks that his music be shut off early, Angelo Parker asks the AEW galaxy to appreciate them, Matt Menard says that if you bought the PPV you’d know that they are the princes of , Jericho says that the fans don’t deserve to sing tonight and what they deserve is the winners of the Anarchy In The Arena match, Jericho says it didn’t come without prices, Jericho says that Eddie Kingston poured gasoline on him and wants to light him on fire, Jericho asks what man would want to burn another man, Jericho says that after Bryan said he was going to kick his head in, they beat them and the isn’t here tonight, Jericho says that anytime sports entertainers fight pro wrestlers, sports entertainers win, Eddie Kingston then interrupts with William Regal, Eddie says that he wants to fight all of them right now, Regal proposes a Blood and Guts match. Jericho says he isn’t Bloof and Guts as 2Point0 and Daniel Garcia attack Kingston, Ortiz then hits Jericho with a ball bag, Ortiz cuts alittle bit of Jericho’s hair off but the rest of the Jericho Appreciation Society save him, Jericho says that his hair is worth more than Eddie’s entire existence, Jericho then accepts the challenge for a Blood and Guts match, Jericho calls out Ortiz to a hair vs hair match, Jericho says that he’s going to save and burn Ortiz, because he is a wizard.

– We get footage from after Double Or Nothing of Sonjay Dutt, Satnam Singh, and Jay Lethal attacking Samoa Joe.

– Adam Cole makes his entrance to do commentary for the next match.

Match 3: Matt Hardy, Jungle Boy, Luchasaurus, Christian Cage, and Darby Allin vsThe Young Bucks, Kyle O’Reilly, Bobby Fish, and Hikuleo

– The match starts off with Jungle Boy and Kyle O’Reilly, both men lock hands, Jungle Boy lands an armdrag from the top Jungle Boy then lands an armdrag on Bobby Fish, Christian Cage and Jungle boy land double hiptosses on Fish and Matt Jackson, Matt then lands an elbow from the second rope onto Fish, Fish counters the twist of fate and lands a kick to the stomach of Matt, Christian then lands a series punches to Matt Jackson in the corner, followed by a tornado DDT for a two count, Jungle Boy then lands a hurricarana from the apron to Fish, Christian lands a diving headbutt to Nick from the top rope, Christian goes for a pin but its broken up, Nick Jackson then lands a superkick on Christian, Matt Jackson then jumps to the outside as we go to commercial break.

*Commercial break*

– We are back from commercial as we see Christian counters a double superkick, Christian then lands a double inverted double DDT to the Young Bucks, Luchasaurus then delivers splashes to Matt and Nick in the corner, Nicknyhen kicks Luchasaurus in the side of the head, Luchasaurus then spikes Nick Jackson before hitting a standing moonsault, Luchasaurus goes for a tag but Hikuleo makes the save, Hikuleo goes for a chokeslam on Luchasaurus but Luchasaurus hits him with a headbutt, both men then knock each other down with a closeline, Darby then lands a series of coffin splashes to Kyle and Fish in the corners, Darby goes for a coffin drop on Hikuleo but is caught, Kyle and Fish land a brainbuster/kick combo to Darby on the outside, Matt Hardy then slams Nick Jackson, Fish, and Kyle’s face into the turnbuckle, Christian lands q top rope dropkick to Hikuleo, Matt hits a twist of fate, Christian then spears Hikuleo off the apron, The Young Bucks then lands double superkicks on Matt, Luchasaurus, and Jungle Boy, The Young Bucks then hit the Meltzer driver on Jungle Boy for the pinfall victory.

Winners via pinfall: The Young Bucks, Hikuleo, Kyle O’Reilly, and Bobby Fish at 11:55. 

– Tony Schiavone is on the ramp, he introduces Athena. Athena says that she is All Elite, Athena says that all streaks were made to be broken, and she’s going to be the one to break Jade Cargill’s, Jade Cargill and The Baddies interrupts, Jade then introduces Stokely Hathaway, Stokely calls Jade a queen and a goddess, Jade says that she won’t get her title shot today, Kiera Hogan then gets in Athena’s face, Anna Jay and Kris Statlander then come out to even the odds, Stokely then calls for security to break things up.

Match 4: Wardlow vs JD Drake

– The match starts off JD Drake landing a punch and chop on Wardlow, Wardlow then lands a lariat on Drake, Wardlow then lands a series of shoulder tackles to Drake in the corner, Wardlow then lands a modified Alabama slam, Wardlow then lands three powerbombs in a row on Drake for the pinfall victory.

Winner via pinfall: Wardlow at 1:10.

– Tony Schiavone goes to interview Wardlow but Smart Mark Sterling interrupts with documents, Smart Mark presents a lawsuit from the security that Wardlow has been attacking over the last few weeks, Wardlow then powerbombs one of the security before ripping up the court papers and putting them in the mouth of the security guard.

Match 5: Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter vs Ruby Soho and Toni Storm 

– The match starts off with Britt Baker and Toni Storm, Toni takes Hayter off the apron, Britt lands a series of punches but Toni gets Britt in the corner and lands a series of punches of her own, Britt rolls to the outside and taunts with her Owen Hart tournament championship, Toni lands a basement dropkick on Britt, both Ruby and Toni land a double team kick on Britt for the nearfall, Hayter then lands a big boot on Ruby, Britt then trips Ruby on the apron, followed by a twisting neckbreaker from the apron to the outside as we go to commercial break.

*Commercial break*

– We are back from commercial as we see Britt going for a butterfly suplex, Ruby counters into a rollup for a two count, Ruby then lands a suplex on Britt before tagging in Toni Storm, Toni lands a shoulder tackle on Hayter, Toni then knocks Britt off the apron, Toni lands a hip attack to Hayter in the corner, Toni then lands a tornado DDT from the bottom rope, Toni goes for a tornado DDT on the outside but Hayter lands a twisting neckbreaker on the outside to Toni, Ruby lands a crossbody to Hayter from the top rope to the outside, Britt then lands a slingblade to Ruby on the outside, Toni lands a german suplex on Britt, Hayter then lands a big boot on Storm, Britt then lands a butterfly suplex on Ruby, Ruby then hits the no future on Britt, Ruby gets a two count but Britt kicks out and attempts to lock in the lock Jaw, Britt then lands a swinging neckbreaker to Ruby in the ring, Toni then pulls Hayter off the apron, Ruby then hits the destination unknown on Britt for the pinfall victory.

Winners via pinfall: Ruby Soho and Toni Storm at 9:38.

– After the match, Jamie Hayter hits Toni Storm and Ruby Soho with the Owen Hart foundation championship.

Match 6: Jon Moxley vs Daniel Garcia 

– The match starts off with both men both locking up, Garcia gets Moxley in the corner but doesn’t break until the count of four, Moxley then lands a shoulder tackle on Garcia, followed by three stiff chops in the corner, Garcia then lands three chops on Moxley, both men then exchange a series of chops, Garcia seats Moxley and kicks him in the back, Moxley then takes down Garcia and lands a kick to the back of Garcia, both men then lock hands, Garcia then lands a headbutt on Moxley, Moxley goes for the paradigm shift but Garcia counters and sends both men to the outside, Garcia then sends Moxley into the steel steps, Garcia then pins Moxley’s leg against the ringpost and steel steps, Garcia lands a dropkick to the steps as we go to commercial break.

*Commercial break*

– We are back from commercial as we see Garcia land a back suplex on Moxley from the top rope for a nearfall, Garcia goes for the sharpshooter but Moxley rakes the eyes, Moxley then suplexes Garcia back-first on the steel steps, Moxley then lands a front suplex from the top rope, followed by a series of elbows, Garcia then lands a series of elbows to the side of Moxley’s head, Moxley then lands a series of elbows followed by an armbar, Garcia counters into a modified STF, Moxley is able to reach the bottom rope, Moxley then lands a German suplex, Garcia gets up and lands a german suplex, Garcia then lands a powerdriver on Moxley for a two count, Garcia then puts Moxley in the sharpshooter, Moxley counters into a choke, both men then exchange punches and forearms, Garcia jumps on the back of Moxley on the outside, Moxley then slams himself and Garcia into the timekeepers table. Chris Jericho comes out and tries to distract Moxley on the apron, Eddie Kingston comes out and pulls Jericho off the apron, Moxley then hits the paradigm shift, Moxley locks in a Bulldog choke and Garcia taps for the submission victory.

Winner via submission: Jon Moxley at 11:34.

– Jon Moxley gets on the mic and announces that he wants in the Blood and Guts match.
