Air date for Vince McMahon documentary on Vice TV changed

Vice TV has been working on a new documentary about the life and career of Vince McMahon, but fans will have to wait a little longer to see it. It was originally slated to air on October 18th from 8-10 pm ET.

The documentary will feature coverage of the hush money scandal over alleged sexual misconduct broken by the Wallstreet Journal that led to McMahon’s resignation from WWE in July.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer noted in Sunday’s daily update that the Vice schedule on October 18th lists other programming from 8-10, repeats of the first two “Tales from the Territories” episodes that have already aired in that time slot.

The new premiere date for the documentary is unclear, but the change was likely made because both AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT will be airing in the same time slot.

Meltzer added, “I would expect it to air on a Tuesday before the Territories show, but waiting to find out the week.”
