– As seen on this week’s episode of SmackDown Live, AJ Styles took on Chad Gable in a singles match, which saw Styles win and allowed him to compete in the Independence Day Battle Royal. After the show, Styles took to Twitter praise Gable, as seen below:

– WWE is set to hold the Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view event this Sunday in Dallas, Texas at the American Airlines Center. Despite the fact that WWE is building this event up with top matches such as Brock Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe for the WWE Universal Championship and Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman in an Ambulance Match, the show is not sold out yet. As of this writing, there are hundreds of tickets still available on Ticketmaster’s website including expensive ringside seats and seats in the upper deck.
