Alexa Bliss dealing with concussion issues, reportedly threw up after taking a bad bump

Alexa Bliss

The in-ring career of Alexa Bliss became uncertain after it was announced this week by WWE that she was not medically cleared to compete at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view.

As we noted a couple of days ago, the word going around in the company is that her issue is concussion-related. The internal injury status on her is listed as "undisclosed," which usually indicates something related to a concussion.

On Sunday's Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Bliss has suffered several concussions recently but the company expected her to be cleared in time for the pay-per-view. She was not cleared last Monday so that is why Nikki Cross replaced her in her match on Monday Night Raw. They had Cross win the match just in case she was needed to replace Bliss.

Meltzer also noted that Bliss was throwing up after taking a bad bump during a match. It's been three weeks since Bliss has taken a bump and she has only wrestled a handful of times this year.

Given how careful the company is with concussions, this puts a question on whether or not Bliss can return to action in WWE.
