Alexa Bliss shares details on WWE’s precautions during coronavirus outbreak

WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Alexa Bliss spoke with NDTV‘s Rohit Khilnani to promote Monday Night Raw where she and Nikki Cross successfully retained the titles over The IIconics.

Around the 2:35 mark of the interview, Bliss was asked about the impact of the coronavirus outbreak and the safety measures the company has taken to protect all talent and production crew members.

Bliss started out by talking about how everyone working the tapings is being super careful, cautious, and safe.

“Before we go on into the Performance Center, we have to have our temperatures checked. We have to get evaluated by a doctor, we have to sign a survey that says we haven’t traveled, we haven’t gone anywhere that we don’t have any symptoms.”

She stated that everyone is wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. She added, “Everything is being cleaned to a medical-grade standard, and keeping everyone safe is the main priority right now.”

Bliss followed up by noting that you have to take new precautions as we’re all living in a new normal world right now due to the virus. She thinks that everyone has to ease into it while being safer.

Since mid-March, there have only been essential personnel on the closed set during the production of all WWE television shows.

Bliss also talked about teaming with Cross and more. You can check out the full interview here.
