Andrade has been on the free agent market since WWE granted his release from the company last month.
WWE publicly announced his departure on March 21st, which was the night of the Fastlane pay-per-view event. He had put in his request on March 8th after not being used on television since last October.
Andrade took to Twitter today to share an interesting teaser. He wrote, “New Beginnings! Un nuevo Comienzo! #TheWorldIsMine #ElMundoEsMio [fist emoji x 3].” It should be noted that the paper is blank.
Andrade has been sharing various teasers on social media and has hinted at the past that he was “in talks” with someone and was starting his “new goals.”

As we’ve noted in the past, he departed from WWE without a 90-day non-compete clause, which means as soon as he was let go, he was legally allowed to sign with any promotion that he wanted to do business with. There’s been no reports as to which promotion he’s likely going to, but AEW, AAA, NJPW, and more are possibilities.
