Andrade Takes Shot At Logan Paul For Stealing Moves

Andrade took a dig at Logan Paul on social media today regarding stealing wrestling moves. The interaction come out following Andrade’s match against Hangman Page at AEW Grand Slam Australia over the weekend in Sydney.

Though he lost the match, Andrade shared a clip today of the moment where he hit Page with a reverse Spanish Fly. Andrade accompanied the post with the following message: “New move for Logan Paul!” Paul has frequently been associated with using the movesets of other wrestlers, most notably the Buckshot Lariat, which is one of Page’s signature spots in AEW.

Trolling a ‘Good YouTuber’

The trolling continued when Andrade responded to a social media user who claimed that Paul is better than him at everything except for in-ring wrestling. Andrade’s response mocked Paul’s primary career outside of the ring.

“I know he is a good YouTuber!!” Andrade wrote.

Andrade also addressed a fan who claimed that he had stolen the reverse Spanish Fly from Nathan Frazer. While Andrade is currently calling out the WWE star, some wrestling fans have noted that Paul’s high-flying style incorporates moves popularized by independent and AEW talent.

AEW Revolution Implications

The match between Page and Andrade at Grand Slam Australia served as a number-one contender’s match. With his victory, Page earned an AEW World Championship shot against MJF next month at Revolution. Andrade’s performance in the match was widely praised, particularly for the viral reverse Spanish Fly that sparked his social media comments today.
