Orlando is making another bid to bring WrestleMania back. The Orange County, Florida tourist development sports incentive committee is requesting a $1 million increase in resort taxes so they can use the money to bring back WrestleMania in 2023 or 2025. The resort taxes would add fees to hotels and motels in the area.
Some fans that attended WrestleMania 33 last year have received an email survey about their experience. The survey is going to be used as part of their pitch to bring the show back.
As we noted last week, Minneapolis, MN is making a pitch to bring WrestleMania to their city for 2020 or 2021.
