Another Match Is Still Expected To Be Added To WWE WrestleMania

Iyo Sky vs. Asuka is still tentatively planned for WrestleMania 42 despite the match going unannounced during Tuesday morning’s official card reveal on ESPN’s Get Up, according to sources who spoke to BodySlam.net.

Joe Tessitore appeared on Get Up to reveal the full night-by-night lineup for WrestleMania 42, with seven matches confirmed for Night One on April 18 and six for Night Two on April 19. The Iyo Sky and Asuka match was notably absent from the announcement, raising questions about its status given that both performers have been openly teasing the bout in recent weeks.

Sky escalated the situation further by calling out Asuka on social media the night before the card reveal, specifically referencing Las Vegas and making clear that she wants to face her former Damage CTRL stablemate at the show.

BodySlam’s sources indicate that the match remains tentatively planned for WrestleMania 42, suggesting it could still be formally announced in the days ahead. WrestleMania 42 takes place April 18 and 19 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
