A second match will take place inside the Hell in a Cell structure. The challenge was issued by Jeff Hardy and now the match is set. Hardy will take on Randy Orton inside the cell. This is the first time that Hardy will compete inside the cell and it’s something he’s talked about as a bucket list item and he will have his chance on September 16.
