Another SmackDown Live star has signed a new deal to remain with WWE.
PWInsider is reporting that Sin Cara has signed a three-year deal after coming to terms a few weeks ago. His previous contract expired several weeks ago, but both sides agreed to continue working together during negotiations and he is locked in until at least 2022.
Cara has been out of action since last August due to a knee injury but he has been working out at the Performance Center in recent weeks and he should be back in action soon.
Several weeks ago, there was talk of creating a faction with Cara, Andrade and Rey Mysterio. No word on if that is still the plan.
Earlier, it was confirmed that AJ Styles signed a new deal to remain with the company for at least another five years.
There are still several wrestlers that have deals coming up and at least two of them are planning on leaving the company. Click here for an update on wrestlers that do not plan on staying with WWE.
