There were more tryout matches tonight before the live WWE Friday Night SmackDown broadcast.
PWInsider reported that Toni Storm and Shotzi Blackheart are the latest top NXT stars to get a tryout and that probably means that they are also being considered for a move to Raw or SmackDown.
PWI reports the following matches were scheduled to happen before SmackDown went on the air:
– Shotzi Blackheart vs. Toni Storm
– Odyssey Jones vs. Robert Roode
– Karrion Kross vs. Cesaro.
Kross has been wrestling dark matches for weeks and it’s expected that he will be headed to the main roster within the next couple of months. Bronson Reed lost the NXT North American Championship and he is also expected to be main roster-bound.
