Fans who have criticized WWE for the lack of sticking with the brand split for Raw and SmackDown just weeks after the company hosted this year’s Draft will have another example of the company not sticking to it.
As previously reported, WWE is advertising Raw’s Cody Rhodes for Friday’s SmackDown from Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Also, SmackDown’s AJ Styles, who had traveled home after Night of Champions only to be called to go to Monday’s Raw, was a late decision was made to add him to the show.
WWE is now advertising The Miz for Friday’s SmackDown while billing him and Rhodes as Raw stars.
It’s likely that Miz and Rhodes will be just appearing for a dark match, but it’s possible they will appear on the show.
Both Cody and Miz advertised for Smackdown, and listed in the lineup as being "FROM MONDAY NIGHT RAW!"
