Another WWE Star Injured

Update: PWInsider.com has confirmed B-Fab is out with a concussion and in concussion protocol.

Original: A new report indicates that SmackDown superstar B-Fab may have sustained an injury during WWE’s recent live event loop. According to FightfulSelect.com, the company fears she suffered a concussion during the “Holiday Tour.”

Injury Details and “The Bug”

The potential injury occurred during a match against Jade Cargill on January 1 at the live event in Syracuse, New York. Consequently, B-Fab was absent from the following night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.

The situation highlights a string of health issues currently affecting the women’s division. B-Fab was working the tour as a replacement for Michin, who had been pulled from the road earlier in the week due to her own injury. While it is not officially confirmed if a concussion was sustained, sources indicated to Fightful that this was the feared diagnosis, leading to her removal from the road as a precautionary measure.

Recent Momentum

The timing of the injury comes as B-Fab was seeing increased television focus after a long hiatus from in-ring action.

  • Ring Return: In late November 2025, she returned to TV competition in the WWE Women’s United States Championship Tournament. While she was pinned in a Triple Threat match against Bayley and Candice LeRae, reports indicated she received significant backstage praise for her performance in that bout.
  • Storyline Development: Most recently, on the December 26 episode of SmackDown, B-Fab was featured in backstage segments aligning herself with Michin. The duo appeared to be forming a united front against Women’s Champion Jade Cargill, a storyline that directly set up the matches on the live event circuit where the injury occurred.
