Another WWE tag team turned down a big money offer from Vince McMahon

The Revival were not the only tag team to turn down a big money offer to stay with WWE.

As noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the belief is that Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson turned down a similar money deal. The deal offered to Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson was $500,000 per year for five years to each guy so that should give you an idea what kind of money was offered to Gallows and Anderson.

Dawson and Wilder have 11 months left on their contract but Gallows and Anderson will be free from their contracts in the Fall, believed to be August or September. Given that All Elite Wrestling plans to make tag team wrestling a priority, it’s almost a lock that Gallows and Anderson would be used better there. The same would apply to The Revival when they are able to sign with them next year.

Similar to The Revival, don’t expect to see Gallows and Anderson to get a significant push unless they change their mind on signing a new deal.
