That’s a question we get asked alot. Besides some of the stuff they have in their library such as WCW Monday Nitro and WCW Saturday Night, they are looking at getting some original programming. We previously reported that Steve Blackman was shopping his reality series Blackman’s Bounties and that show may land on the WWE Network. We forgot to mention that WWE sent out a survey this past week. Here are some of the possible shows for the WWE Network.
NXT: Behind The Scenes – a reality series following the stars of NXT. The show would focus on stars trying to make it out of the Performance Center and to the WWE’s main roster.
WWE Around The World – This show would feature WWE Superstars taking on scary stunts like shark diving and eating strange foods.
Pros vs Joes – this would be similar to the old Spike TV version. This version would feature WWE superstars against fans in physical and non-physical challenges.
WWE Dirty Jobs – features WWE Superstars doing unpleasant jobs such as picking up garbage in New York City.
WWE Pranktown – a show featuring WWE superstars pulling pranks on WWE superfans.
WWE Rescue – reality show featuring WWE superstars coming to the aid of superfans in their home of business life.
WWE Ultimate Challenge – an extreme scavenger hunt in different cities.
Xtreme WWE Collector – this would star WWE superfan Michael Patterson. Patterson chases down WWE toys and memorabilia.
Those were shows listed on the survey so we may only see one or two (if any) actually appear on the network.
