Arn Anderson explains why you will never see Vince McMahon sign autographs and take pictures with fans

Arn Anderson answered several fan questions on his podcast this week. Among many questions asked, someone wanted to know if Arn has ever seen Vine McMahon sign autographs for fans. There have been a few rare photos with Vince and fans over the years but typically, if you are one of those fans waiting on wrestlers after shows, Vince is not someone who will stop to take photos or sign autographs. Vince has also never done an autograph signing.

Arn said Vince basically functions in his own bubble so don’t expect to see him hanging around wrestling fans. Here are some highlights from the podcast:

Did you ever see Vince McMahon sign autographs and take pictures?: Arn laughs, “No, I’ve never seen that. I’m pretty sure that’s never happened and never will happen. He functions in his own bubble. It probably goes something like this. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, you can judge when I’m done. He has a gym in his house. He gets up very early in the morning. He gets his workout. He has the limo pick him up and take him to the airport. He walks up the steps to the private plane. Flys to the town. Gets in another limo. Goes straight to the building. Walks straight into his office. From his office he goes straight to the meeting room where he will spend most of the afternoon. He will go straight to gorilla when it’s time. When the show is over. Straight to another limo. Straight to the private plane to the next town. Straight to the hotel that they are staying at, company hotel. Then at 3 or 4 in the morning, he will go to the gym again. Repeat. That’s pretty much the day in the life of Vince McMahon.”

How are you adjusting to AEW and Podcasting jobs?: “If Tony Khan and AEW are good enough, along with Cody Rhodes to have me continue in this business for some time into the future, if they trust me to be part of that team, then I have to be smart enough to amend my thinking and let it coincide with theirs because that’s I work for. I want to support all the things they do because I truly believe in the next decade, they are going to be the platinum show in this industry, no doubt. That is because of the leadership and the commitment to excellence of the talent There are going to be a few things that a couple of old timers like myself, Dean and Billy Gunn and some of those guys are going to have to help them with. But, they are well on their way.”

Other topics covered on the podcast include Daniel Bryan, WrestleMania fantasy booking, Horsemen ribs and much more.
