Arn Anderson talks about the next steps for The Revival

Former WWE agent and AEW on-air talent Arn Anderson recently discussed The Revival being ‘released’ from WWE. During this week’s episode of the ARN podcast, Anderson would discuss what he sees being next for the tag team that moulded themselves on the Tully/Arn duo.

WWE confirmed that the team of Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder had left the company last week. The company confirmed that the former NXT Tag Team Champions were released in a statement that read: “Effective today, Friday April 10, 2020, WWE and The Revival have agreed on their immediate release from WWE. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors.”

“Hottest Commodity In The Business Right Now”

“I think they would be the hottest commodity in the business right now” Arn began. “And I think everybody is going to be vying for them. Whoever ends up eventually getting them will be a much better company for it.” There have been varying reports over the past year connecting The Revival to AEW and a potential feud with The Young Bucks. Arn Anderson himself has stated that he would want to manage The Revival if the opportunity presented itself.

“Most Unselfish, Giving Guys”

“They’re the most unselfish giving guys I’ve seen come along in a long time” Anderson continued. “And they have that same mentality that Tully and I, The Four Horsemen, you know? The original Horsemen and the Barry Windham version, that we had. And that was go out and steal the show and make everybody in that arena just blow themselves up. Either cheering, or booing during that match. I think these guys have the talent, they have the ability, wherever they land going to be very very lucky company.”
