Asuka has been making fans talk about her social media activity this week as she continues to tease a darker character on WWE television.
Asuka has teased going back to her old gimmick in Japan, where she was known as Kana, after losing on WWE Monday Night Raw.
Flair has also made recent teases about returning to WWE on social media. Flair posted a photo of her ring boots on her Instagram stories and later was seen training in the ring. As previously reported, WWE is making creative plans for Flair’s return.
Asuka uploaded another post on Instagram, to which Flair commented with a bunch of emojis. She also wrote, “@wwe_asuka I miss fighting you empress…. #iron .”
Asuka then replied to Flair: “@charlottewwe I miss you. When are you coming back? I wonder where I will be when you come back here…”
