Austin Aries: “I am not a sexual predator, I’m not a user, I am not an abuser”

Former WWE/Impact Wrestling star Austin Aries issued a statement on Twitter following the recent allegations made against him.

Aries says the character he plays on TV is not the same as the man he is in real life and says he is here to listen and talk. He added, “I am not a sexual predator, I’m not a user, I am not an abuser.”

Aries did not address a specific allegation or the time when he put his crotch in Christy Hemme’s face on a TNA broadcast.

Here are some of the things being alleged about Aries by various people on Twitter:

The tweets below were posted on June 21, 2020 from a Twitter account that is now private:

let them crash in her studio apartment. The agreement was boys on the floor and girls in the bed. After lights out, Aries crawled into the bed between us. At one point he put his hand on my thigh but I pushed it off.
He’s creepy, he’s been creepy, he will always be creepy.
