Word broke on Wednesday by PWInsider.com that Rusev, known as Miro during his AEW tenure, spent the entire day at WWE headquarters in Stamford, CT. Numerous individuals witnessed his presence there, and he signed with WWE.
Notably, CJ Perry (Lana) was not present with him during this visit. This led to speculation about her status with the promotion.
While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that he was given the impression that Lana is not coming back.
Meltzer said, “Mura signed, and CJ did not sign and was not there. I don’t know. I have not heard anything about….well, I mean, I did. When asking, I was given the impression that she would not be back. But, you know, I mean, you never know for sure, but she did not sign, and he did.”
