There has been much speculation about Goldberg’s future after his appearance at WWE Bad Blood, where he was sitting ringside with his family before confronting World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER.
GUNTHER insulted the WWE Hall of Famer, noting he hoped Goldberg was a better father than a pro wrestler. Goldberg jumped the barricade before being held back.
As previously reported by WrestleVotes, WWE has plans for Goldberg in the future. Dave Meltzer reported that Goldberg vs. GUNTHER is not scheduled for Survivor Series or WrestleMania.
PWInsider.com reports Goldberg is not slated to be in Saudi Arabia at WWE Crown Jewel this weekend. GUNTHER faces Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes for the Men’s Crown Jewel Title at the show.
