The Usos have a Tag Team Title defense next week on SmackDown but, as seen tonight, Roman Reigns has not heard from Jey since the Royal Rumble and his brother Jimmy says he hasn’t heard from him either.
There’s a possibility that we might not hear from Jey until after the Elimination Chamber show on February 18th.
Due to their DUI history, Jimmy and Jey would not be allowed to go to Montreal, Canada, which means that if Roman Reigns is going to have a backup with him, the only person who can be there with him (besides Paul Heyman) is Solo Sikoa.
Canada takes DUIs much more seriously than the United States so this might explain why Jey is off TV. The plan is for Jimmy and Jey to defend their titles at WrestleMania so they can start building that match after the Chamber show.
The Usos are scheduled to defend their titles next week against Braun Strowman and Ricochet and Jimmy said he believes that his brother will be there.
Tonight on Friday Night SmackDown, the main event was officially announced. It will be Roman Reigns defending the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against Sami Zayn.
Correction: I believe Jey can go into the country but Jimmy can’t. Jey appeared on a show in Winnipeg a few months ago without Jimmy.
