Backstage News On Roman Reigns And Cody Rhodes Segment From WWE SmackDown

Roman Reigns had a face-off with Universal champion Cody Rhodes during this week’s WWE SmackDown episode. The segment was filmed at the Georgia Tech football field.

This was after Reigns came to the aid of Rhodes last week to vend off The Bloodline. Now, Reigns and Rhodes will team together to take on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood next month.

PWInsider.com has provided some backstage details, noting it was filmed earlier this week at Georgia Tech’s Bobby Dodd Stadium. Jeremy Borash, Senior Director of Content and Development in WWE NXT, produced it.

Borash, widely respected for his work with these types of segments, has become Triple H’s “doyen for on-location segments like this.” WWE’s Director of Character Development Rob Fee was also on the scene for it.
