Backstage News On Savio Vega’s Role At WWE x AAA: Worlds Collide

WWE New Generation Era star Savio Vega is set to be at this Saturday’s WWE x AAA Worlds Collide event. PWInsider.com first reported the news.

Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Vega’s role will be as a producer for the special inter-promotional show.

Meltzer stated, “Also, there’s a lot of talk about Savio Vega. You know who is going to be there? I do not know if he will appear before people, but it’s not like he’s into interfere or do anything…well, maybe he will, but, Savio Vega is a producer for the show, so it’s not necessarily that he’s a performer for the show, but he is going to be there. I mean, that’s part is accurate.”

His last WWE appearance was at Backlash 2023 in Puerto Rico, where he helped Bad Bunny. Alongside Vega, Hector “Moody” Jack Melendez is also involved behind the scenes, having reportedly signed with WWE to work with their new AAA creative team.

Worlds Collide will stream live on WWE’s YouTube channel from the KIA Forum.
