The word going around in WWE is that the releases on Thursday may not be the last of them. There may be more releases coming on the corporate side. Mark Carrano, who you may have seen on Total Divas, was responsible for making the call and letting the talents know that they have been released. Carrano works directly under Triple H in talent relations.
The reason for the releases is because the company is now under pressure to cut costs because of the stock decline and the disappointment with the WWE Network numbers.
