Banger Zone Wrestling (BZW) presented its “Just An Illusion” event last Saturday, September 27, 2025, from Bapaume, France. The show featured a Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) Tag Team Championship title change, a ladder match to determine the next BZW Title contender, and several other matches.
In a featured match, the CZW Tag Team Championship changed hands as Post Game (Mike Walker & Vinny Talotta) defeated the team of MBM & TLB, who was a replacement for Ultima Sombra. With the victory, Walker and Talotta became the new CZW Tag Team Champions.
The event also held a Six Way Ladder Match to determine the number one contender for the BZW Championship. Jacob Vadocq emerged as the winner over Charles Crowley, Griff, Joe Lando, Yuval Goldshmit, and Tucker to earn a future title opportunity.
Other results from “Just An Illusion” include Georges Balzac successfully defending the BZW Hardcore Title against Super Crazy. In other singles action, El Phantasmo defeated Ricky Sosa, Gustave Le Brun defeated Griffin McCoy, and Crimson defeated Jack Sans-Nom in a First Blood Match.
BZW also announced its next series of events, a four-show, three-day tour called “BZWeekend” running from October 31 to November 2. The schedule includes “BZW Party” on Friday, October 31, in Hallennes-lez-Haubourdin, France, followed by three shows in Faches-Thumesnil, France: “Miracle 2025” and “BZW Bangover” on Saturday, November 1, and “BZW Deadline” on Sunday, November 2.
Jay Lethal and Swoggle have been confirmed to appear during “BZWeekend”. Tickets for the event series are available on the Banger Zone Wrestling website. The “Just An Illusion” show will be available to stream on BZW+ by the end of this week and will later be available with English commentary on TrillerTV.
