Batista joins fans in not understanding why WWE decided to break up the Hurt Business.
The faction split on Monday’s episode of Raw as WWE had Bobby Lashley make it known that he didn’t think Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin were getting the job done so he booted them through the group. He then brawled with Benjamin and Alexander. Lashley said The Hurt Business is over on Raw while MVP made it known on social media that he and Lashley are still the Hurt Business.
Batista took to Twitter to let his feelings known about WWE’s decision.
He wrote, “Let’s try this again! WHO in their right mind would break up the #HurtBusiness already? Answer: NO ONE!!! #SMFH #BadForBusiness.”
Batista was supposed to be inducted into the 2020 WWE Hall of Fame class next week at the induction ceremony, but won’t be able to make it due to a scheduling conflict. He’ll be inducted at a future ceremony.
