The Hollywood Reporter reports today that Dave Batista will be starring alongside UFC’s Georges St. Pierre in the remake of the 1989 movie “Kickboxer.” The original movie starred Jean-Claude Van Damme and kickboxing champion Dennis Alexio.
The project will be shopped to buyers at the Cannes Film Market later this week. The movie has been in the works for a year. They have also signed stuntman Alan Moussi as the lead.
