Bayley has confirmed her long-term goal of opening a wrestling school and is taking the first step toward that ambition next month. During an appearance on The Nikki & Brie Show, the former Women’s Champion discussed her upcoming seminar and her desire to mentor the next generation of talent.
“I’ve always pictured myself continuing on with wrestling and wanting to open a school someday, and I’ll be running a seminar next month to kind of wet my feet in that stuff,” Bayley said.
The seminar is scheduled to take place from December 4 through December 6 in Orlando, Florida. It is a free, three-day event open to experienced female wrestlers. Bayley announced the details on social media earlier this month, stating that she wants to “give back” to the business that has done so much for her. She also noted that travel and accommodations would be covered for those selected to attend.
“I want to give back, see more dreams come true, and create more opportunities,” she wrote in her initial announcement. “As women’s wrestling continues to thrive and grow, I know how important it is to have mentors who can help us navigate this industry.”
