Becky Lynch is out, Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey set for WrestleMania

This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw opened with Becky Lynch, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

Triple H and McMahon were willing to put aside what happened last week and said Lynch would be fine in time for WrestleMania but she needed to apologize if she still wanted the match with Ronda Rousey. Lynch was given until the end of the show to decide if she would apologize. Throughout the night they showed different people giving different opinions on what they think Lynch should do.

Lynch was back out for the main event segment and she was joined again by McMahon and Triple H. Clearly they are trying to make Lynch into this generation’s version of Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Lynch apologized and the McMahon’s left the ring but that was not the end of it. Rousey walked out to the ring to confront Lynch but Vince McMahon had something to say. He announced that Lynch is suspended for 60 days, which means she can’t appear until after WrestleMania.

McMahon announced Charlotte Flair as Rousey’s new opponent. Of course, this has been in the works for weeks and the plan is for Rousey vs. Flair vs. Lynch in a Triple Threat Match.
